Statement associated with the release of hydraulic oil at the above referenced site in Hyannis,
Massachusetts. The report is available at the Commonwealth of Massachusetts,Department of
Environmental Protection, Southeast Regional Office in Lakeville,Massachusetts for public
review or at http://pubIic.dep.state.ma.us/wsc viewer/main aspx. This notification is being
forwarded to you to comply with the Public Involvement requirements of the Massachusetts
Contingency Plan, 310 CMR 40.1403.
