It all happened so fast on Friday at 4:00pm. You know what that is like. The applicant has a copy of the new re- subdivision plan accepted by Land Court. The owners reconfigured three existing parcels, Map 096 Parcels 007.001 & 002 & 003. This applicant is buying portions of all three parcels. The court approved the new plan by stamping it as Land Court Plan 5725-63 &64. The buyer needs the permit for the perc. test that was conducted on what will be Map 096 Parcel 007- 003, Dev lots 173 & 177 (as shown on the plan). The new address, as a direct result of the new re-subdivision and the new site plan will be#195 "A" for the main house &# 195 "B" for the carriage house. I spoke to Tony at Assessor's and he said he couldn't work with this person right now because this re-subdivision will be slated for FY 13 and he doesn't have a database for that year yet to do the data input! Tony said he would re-use Map 096 Parcel 007.003 for this new re- subdivision. So, Land Court has accepted the re-subdivision by stamping the new plan and they are waiting for the closing to produce the new deeds in this person name and part of the requirement for the closing is the septic permit according to the buyer.
