The design has been revised to reduce fill on the site. The configuration of the system remains consistent with the original design and the system still has over 5 feet of separation to the seasonal high groundwater table. We are not requesting any waivers. I have attached two copies of the revised plan for your files. David Stanton did the original review for this design.
