Certification of Sewage Disposal System
Dear Mrs. Eshbaugh,
On March 29, 1990 both myself and Mr.Edward F. Barry,Board of Health,inspected the
proposed sewage disposal system at 100 East Bay Road,Osterville,MA. Numerous
measurements and elevations were taken and the system was found to be in accordance
with the plans on record. All top surfaces of structure, sewer pipe and stone backfill were
visible at the time of inspection. All specified materials were used except for an H-10
septic tank and distribution box were substituted for H-20 structures as heavy wheel loads
will not be present in these areas.
An inspection of the interior of the house revealed six (6) "bedrooms" being renovated.
Six bedrooms were authorized by the Board of Health at the variance hearing. Also it was.
observed that the dwelling is connected to-the Town water supply.
