The engineered plan shows a proposed pump chamber after the 1,500 gallon capacity septic tank. Therefore, it is feasible to raise the soil absorption system one more foot in order to achieve five (5) feet above the maximum adjusted groundwater table as required. The applicant expressed concern .over the aesthetics of raising the system and the removal of some trees if the soil absorption system is required to be raised one more foot. The Board of Health members are of the opinion that the plan must be revised, regardless of aesthetics, to meet the maximum feasible compliance standards contained within the State Environmental Code, Title V.
