We simply hand wrote all the updated information on the original plan as per our meeting. See attached plans showing the REVISED Proposed Sanitary Flows (2 pages). This revised flow was necessitated due to the fact that the owner is proposing a connector addition between existing Unit 3 and 4 and also due to the fact that he is proposing to convert the garage/storage room inside Unit 4 into office space (i.e. exercise area) for the physical therapist's office. The maximum allowed flow on the property is 330 gpd due to the property being located within a Wellhead Protection Overlay district. The existing septic leaching facility capacity is 340 gpd based on the proposed septic system design plan on file with your office. And finally, the revised proposed flow is 298 gpd based on the new net floor areas of each unit and the connector piece area. The revised proposed flow is still less than the max. allowable flow &the existing leaching facility capacity, therefore we're OK. Please contact me if you have any questions or comments. Thanks.
