She fi said its down Seaview Avenue and is after West St on the right. Caller said there is a strong septic smell. Caller said its every summer. Actions Taken/Results: DS WENT TO GENERAL LOCATION OF COMPLAINT. DS DROVE UP AND DOWN SEAVIEW AVE SEVERAL TIMES, WITH THE WINDOWS DOWN, AND STOPPING OCCASSIONALY TO SMELL THE AIR. DS DID NOT OBSERVE ANY FOUL ODORS. 1T WAS A WARM DAY. DS ALSO DROVE ' ALONG SEVERAL BACK ROADS IN THE AREA NEAR THE COMPLAINT(LE WASHINGTON, EAST, WEST, PARKER, CRYSTAL LAKE, WARREN. NO ODORS WERE DETECTED. DS CALLED A COUPLE COMPLAINANTS TO SEE IF HE COULD STOP BY THEIR HOUSES TO SMELL IT OR GET A BETTER LOCATION, BUT NO ONE ANSWERED. DS PULLED THE ASBUILTS FOR HOUSES IN THE AREA. HOUSE#380 WAS INSTALLED IN 1995, #324 IN 1995, AND #300 IN 1984. Caller states that it could be east of that property but he thinks it's this house. Caller state that he has lived here for many years and this problem began about two years ago. He states that he has complained before and he wants to find the route to the problem. He states that the smell would, "make your stomach sick". Caller invites an inspector to his property to determine the origin of the smell. Caller asks that an inspector come on a day that it is warm.
