The septic system owned by you located at 405 Seaview Ave..tiOsterville,=was inspected on, 3/13/2000 by Robert Bortolotti a Massachusetts licensed septic inspector. The inspection of your septic system showed that your system has failed under the guidelines of 1995 TITLE 5 (310 CMR 15.00) due to the following: Backup of sewage into facility or system component due to overloaded or clogged SAS or cesspool. Our records show that the system has been in'a failed state for more than two years. Property into .Nantucket Sound hats recently broken in two places. Both of .the places are on the beach and a hole is beginning to develop' on the beach from the sand washing down into .the pipe. It is my understanding that Marney & Lahteine. will be representing the Fox family .to get the necessary work done to repair the drainage pipe. Our records show that this system has functioned without any major difficulties since the early . 19301s.
