Ms. Brigham and Mr. Dewey,
I am writing in support of the appeals #2022‐043 and 2022‐044 that will be on your agenda on September 14th. I
will not be able to attend, so I am writing to say that I have looked at this project and it is an appropriate project
for Barnstable Village. This home will be connected to town sewer and add to the village center. We need more
housing that is walkable to villages.
The Munsells have a long history in the village and an excellent sense of the appropriate design features to make
this an historically correct and, eye‐pleasing project.
Please add this to the record for this agenda item.
