On behalf of 157 Thornton Drive, LLC, the Applicant in the above-referenced appeals, I
am requesting a continuance of both applications which are currently on the September 14, 2022
Zoning Board of Appeals agenda. As a result of recent communications this week with the
Barnstable Fire Department, we need to incorporate a few changes to the project plans. It is
expected that this can happen quickly, and so we are requesting that the matters be placed on the
September 28th agenda, if possible. If the Board's agenda for September 28th is full, we request
the matter be placed on the October 12th agenda.
