1. The zoning change to one acre in that district took place on 2/28/85.
2. Lot 2A and Lot 3A were commonly held until August of 1985.
3. Since these two lots were kept in common ownership nearly 6 months after the zoning change,
they are considered merged and not buildable.
You may apply fore a variance from the Zoning Board of Appeals,however. If you so choose,we will be
