Dear Mr. Florence,
I represent Tomasian Homes Corporation in connection with its prospective ownership of
2156 Falmouth Road in Centerville, a vacant lot. My purpose in writing you is to provide my
legal opinion as to locus being a separate buildable lot for a single family residence.
Locus,is abutted by three properties—2170 Falmouth Road, 2130 Falmouth Road and
644 Skunknett Road.
2156 Falmouth Road
Our locus is shown as an .48 acre lot on a 1974 plan, being Plan Book 299 Page 87. The
property has been held in ownership distinct from any other abutting lots since at least 1985
when the Town had a Bulk Regulations requirement of a minimum of 15,000 square feet in RC
zoning district. The minimum square footage in an RC zoning district changed to one acre by
Town Meeting vote of February 28, 1985. The dates of ownership and the deed references are as
