To Whom It May Concern;
This letter is to notify you of a split of property identified on the Town Assessors Map
207 Parcel 092. The result of this split creates two parcels with acreage smaller than one
acre each. Included are copies of the deeds that controlled the splitting of the parcels. As
you can see, the plan defining the two lots was approved by the board of survey on
February 1,1956. The first deed submitted in 1982 defined the property as one parcel as
defined on two different plans. The next deed dated December 19,1985 attempted to
recognize the plan that showed 2 lots. Since the deeds reflect that the two lots are in two
separate ownerships, the assessors maps had to reflect those deeds.
Since zoning changed in February 28,1985, I have submitted these documents for your
