You are hereby ordered to discontinue the use of the above-referenced property as it is now being used and restore it to a single-family home. You are to accomplish this work and notify this office to inspect within fourteen (14) days of receipt of.this letter. A building permit must be applied for to redesign the layout to accommodate the conversion. You must do this before you make any changes. You have the right to appeal this decision.
