A review of the building file shows the following: • There are 2 structures on MP 247-140. • Both are identified as sf by Assessing. • The 2-story primary dwelling)was constructed in 1934 and effectively rebuilt in 1975. • The 1 3/4 story dwelling was constructed in 1935 and effectively rebuilt in 1969. • BOH informs me that there are 2 separate septic systems. From the age and outside appearance of the secondary unit it is likely this unit was originally constructed as a garage circa 1930's and converted for residential use in 1969. Concrete still butts up against the structure as was common in the 1940's & 50's. (See BOH pictures taken by David Stanton)..
