In 1944 by a deed recorded in Book 613, Page 366, Carl W. Pearson acquired title to the entire parcel shown as 9-1, 9-2 and 9-3 on the enclosed map. He sold the parcels out starting in 1949 with a deed in Book 718, Page 46, to Albert J. Mandris which is now shown as Parcel 9-3. In 1950 by a deed in Book 770, Page 368, he conveyed Parcel 9-1 to Kenneth Cowan. Thus from November 28, 1950,to date Parcel 9-2 has been separately owned. Mr. Pearson conveyed it to a Mr. Barbi on August 21, 1979, by a deed in Book 2963, Page 345, and Barbi has in turn conveyed to my,client, Mr. Levitan.
