The sketch notes a window size of 32" x 40" (2'-8" x 3' 4"). The windows that were installed are Andersen Model No. TW2632 which have a rough opening size of 32 1/8" x 40 7/8" (2'-8 1/8" x 3'-4 7/8"). I have also enclosed a picture that was taken at the same time I measured the as-built conditions. It shows the windows that were in'place prior to the start of construction.
