The Skinners had a plot plan done recently and, as you can see from the enclosed excerpt, the southeast corner of the house is about half a foot (slightly more) too close to the line of Sachem Drive. As far as I know, there has been no addition to the house since it was built in the early 19701s. We're hoping to get an affidavit from your office to take advantage of the 6 year statute so Bill and Edith don't have to apply for a variance.
