Within a day, I can have the house erected and ready to = finish. As you know, the house arrives in sections and must be bolted at the center. In addition, the approved site plan calls for moving the existing.foundation twelve(12) inches eastward. There presently exists a block foundation built around the 1950s. This of course means, removing the blocks and building a new foundation according to th4lans. This is a small lot consisting of 8100 square feet,wet land in the rear,and septic in the front yarn. Since the plans show an eight- (8) foot foundation filled to grade, 1 am requesting the possibility of leaving a three-(3)foot crawl space or less. This will be enough to have the house boned from underneath at the carrying timber, but only that portion (appro)imately 16'). The house practically sits on the ground, which has created a great deal of rot to the underlying timbers. And finally, my request is to remove the structure and replace it with a nodular, with the, same. configuration. I bust you will review my plans and grant approval to my request.
