I reviewed the facts and there is a building permit that was lawfully issued. In ViewPermit you were able to sign off on the.covenant release....You commented "In subdivision#474. Entire subdivision released from Covenant on recorded in Land Court as Doc#339197- P W' I am waiting to hear back from the complainant but I think it would be helpful to have the date that the covenant was released when I speak with her....
