I BOUGHT A NEW HOME FROM COOLIDGE HOMES ON MAY 22, 1984.THE HOUSE CARRIED A ONE YEAR NEW HOME WARRANTY. THE YEAR IS ALMOST UP AND LEWIS GORDON REFUSES TO MAKE ANY MORE CORRECTIONS TO PROBLEMS WITH THE HOUSE. I WROTE TO THE ATTORNEY GENERALS ' OFFICE AND THEY CONTACTED LEWIS GORDON.MR. GORDON TOLD THEM HE WAS NOT AFFILIATED WITH COOL_IDGE HOMES,BUT THE ATTORNEY GENERAL DISCOVERED THAT MR GORDON WAS LESS THAN TRUTHFUL BECAUS,F_ THE RECORDS ON E=ILE IN THE SECRETARY OF STATES OFFICE SHOW THAT' MR GORDON IS IN FACT THE PRESIDENT AND TREASURER OF COOLIDGE HOMES. EVEN AFTER PRODING FROM THE ATTORNEY GENERALS ' OFFICE,MR GORDON REFUSES TO MAKE ANY MOF�E=- CORRECTIONS TO THE PROBLEMS IN OUR HOUSE. THE ATTORNEY GENERALS ' OFFICE RECOMMENDED THAT I CONTACT YOU AND HAVE YOU DO WHATEVER IS NEEDED TO BRING MR GORDON IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAW. THE PROBLEMS I HAVE THAT MR GORDON REFUSES TO CORRECT ARE: , A)THERE IS NEXT TO NOTHING FOR FLOOR JOYCE SUPPORT WHICH RESULTS IN THE FLOO;zf. SAGGING AND BOUNCING WHEN YOU WALK ON THEM.THE FLOOR JOYCE SUPPORT THAT WAS THERE WAS NOT NAILED IN AND MR GORDON REFUSED TO DO IT SO I DID IT MYSELF. B) THE PLYWOOD IS COMING UP UN MANY AREAS IN THE HOUSE WHICH IS CREATING, A HAZARD. THE FLOORS HAVE ALREADY HAD MORE NAILS ADDED IN A FEW AREAS BUT THE PROBLEM STILL RETURNS. I FEEL THAT THE PROBLEM MIGHT BE DUE TO THE PLYWOOD WAS WARPED DURING CONSTRUCTION OF THE HOUSE.THE KITCHEN FLOOR HAD TO BE RIPPED UP AND REPLACED DUE TO THE NAILS SHOWING AND STARTING TO RIP THE LINOLEUM. C)MANY OF THE HOLES FOR THE LIGHTS ON THE WALLS AND IN THE CEILINGS ARE MUCH BIG FOR THE LIGHT BOXES AND FIXTURES.WE HAVE HAD TO BUY NEW LIGHTING FIXTURES AT OUR OWN EXPENSE TO TRY AND HIDE THIS PROBLEM. - . D) THE .NEWEST PROBLEM WE HAVE IS THAT PART OF THE GARAGE FLOOR IS STARTING TO ^ � .
