(2) The applicant shall record a properly-worded deed restriction at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds limiting the dwelling to two (2) bedrooms. The deed restriction shall be signed by the property owner. A copy of the recorded deed restriction shall be submitted to the Board of Health prior to obtaining a disposal works construction permit.
