Dear Mr. Almada, The above referenced proposal was reviewed at the Site Plan Review Meeting of July 16, 1998 .and approved under Section 4-7.4 (2) of the Barnstable Zoning Ordinance with the follo conditions: wing • Pave the apron and relocate driveway. • Apply to Zoning Board of Appeals. Please be informed that a Building Permit is necessary prior to any construction. Upon completion of all work, a letter of certification required by Section 4-7.8 (7) of the Town of Barnstable Zoning Ordinance must be submitted.
