Inc. ; Date: June 22, 1979 Gentlemen: In reply to the notice to the Planning Board in regard to the above entitled plan, I -wish to point out that the plan was submitted and approved as an "Approval Not .Required" plan for the reason that each and every lot complies with zoning and has the minimum .required frontage on Route 28. There is, however, to be constructed a private driveway in which an underground eight inch main will be installed together with underground utilities. The conditions imposed by your Board do not appear that onerous, and I am sure will be .complied with, but they are not appropriate in the "Approval Not Required" situation.
