Mr. Dean:
Based on the information you provided and our discussion this afternoon,it appears that the currently vacant
dentist office,rated at 800 gpd,will be replaced by a doctors.' office housing two doctors and would be rated a
500 gpd. This results in a total flow at the facility of 9,746 gpd which is below the 10,500 gpd allocation for the
shopping center. Accordingly, MassDEP is of the opinion that the proposed conversion to doctors'offices can
proceed.
