The following condi iohs. must be met : Town water shall be made available to each lot. Building permits will not be the Board of Health on individual lots until the well is installed and certification submitted as to the bacteriological and mineral. content of the water by a State Approved Laboratory. Each de mopes must submit a copy of a master plan. to the Board showing the enact location of the wells and septic systems throughout the subdivision. Each well and septic system shall be located within the prescribed boundaries of each individual lot . Each dwelling shall connect to the Toc.m Sewer when it is available® Lots 6 and; 7 are questionable due to proximity of wetlands and ground water elevations. :. The developer must furnish the Board a statement from a Registered Engineer that the installation of private sewage systemslotoneach lo will F not adversely affect surface or sub-surface public or private eater resources of (1) all lots in subdivision; (2) the adjacent land. (whether developed or not) ; (3) a defined aquifer recharge area® . A percolation test must be nade. on each lot, at leaching site, befo ' e, a building permit will be issued. Each proposed septic system must confer strictly to Article XI of the Massachusetts State Sanitary Code and Toirn of Barnstable Rules and Regulations. ~ �. F� Moby, Inc.
