Latimer, Surveyor Gentlemen: The Board of Health approves this su)Aivision subject to the following stipulations': To= water shall be made available to each lot. Each dwelling shall connect to the Tocm Sewer when it is available. Septic systems shall be located within the prescribed boundaries of each individual lot, and indicated on plot plan. ' The developer must furnish the Board a statement from a . Registered Engineer that .the installation of private sewage systems on each lot will not adversely affect surface or sub- surface public or private water resources of (1) all lots in subdivision; (2) the adjacent land (uffiether' developed or not; (3) A defined aquifer recharge area. A percolation ,test must be made on each lot, at le4ching _ site, before a building permit will be issued. Each proposed septic system must conform strictly to Article XI of the Massachusetts State Sanitary Code and Tom of Barnstable Rule; and Regulations. Prior to Board of Health approval of each building permit, the sewage system and water supply must conform to State and Town Kealth Regulations that are in effect on the date of said issuance.
