NILOFF of 210 Mistic Drive, Marstons Mills, MA (hereinafter referred to as"Owner") is the owner of 210 Mistic Drive, Marstons Mills, MA and being described as LOT 12 (hereinafter described as the "Lot" or"Property") on plan entitled "Indian Lakes Estates Subdivision Plan of Land in(Marstons Mills),Barnstable, Mass. for A.D.
