Barnstable Planning Board ire: Subdivision of land

Hyannis, Fassachusetts Race .Lane, M arstrons Mills
Gentlemen:
The Board of f:oal'th disapprovos Lot #2, of the above named
subdivision. Regulation 41, of the Avendment to the Regulations
of the Board of Health of the lawn of Barnstable; States: "Because
of water pollution 3n the Town of Barnstable, the Board of Health
will not approve any subdivision where the lot size is lees than
20,000 square feet unless a Water Co. or District water is avail-
able,"
The foregoing regulations became operative and effective after
publication on January 30, 1965,
The Board of Health approves Lots 1,3,4,5v6s7,8,9,l0,ll,12,
and 13, with the following Stipulation:
All plans of sew go disposal must be submitted to and approved
by the Health Department before construction can btu started on
each individual 'lot.

Gentlemen:
