On tuesday, August 11 , 1970, the Wetlands Committee
visited the above site and. would like to report the following:
1. On the northwesterly side of the proposed subdivision is
a natural watercourse which drains land. north of Race L'ne.
2. There is a narrow strip of low wetlands either side of this
watercourse which should hot be disturbed or .filled..
In view of those conditions the Wetlands Committee requests
that you withhold approval until the subdivider indicates -the
location, size and final treatment to adequately accommodate the
normal flow. of water out of this area. 7
Your attention to this matter will be greatly appreciated.
In view of the currently existing drainage problems at "Pleasant
'Place" directly. north of the same property on Race Lane.
