MENDES of 60 Cesar's Way, Osterville, Barnstable County, Massachusetts is the owner of that certain parcel of land located at 90 Sea Robin Road, Osterville, Barnstable County, Massachusetts, and being shown as Lot 23 on a plan of land entitled "Subdivision Plan of Land in Osterville - Mass. belonging to Cesar A. and Sally G.
