Comments:
The system was found to be in good working order upon inspection. There is no distribution box on
this system. The leach pit was found to have 5'of standing water in it which gives it a foot of room
before it is full.

From grade to the bottom of the SAS you have a total depth of 8'6". Per USGS maps I found a 30'+
height difference between the property inspectied and the closest pond. This gives you a proven
seperation of at least 10'+ between bottom of SAS and where groundwater is known not to be.
