Spoke with Douglas Bean (508-362- 1120 or 508-362-5042- LAB) 08/05/2002 regarding complaint. Mr. Bean explained he was running a small business out of his home. He is a certified dental technician, he makes crowns out of gypsum and gold. He installed a gravity plaster trap to filter particles before the wastewater enters his on-site septic system. Mr. Bean does not have a business certificate or permission from ZBA to run business out of his house. No concerns about illegal dumping of hazardous waste.
