On Friday, Oct. 19th I was a witness to two perc tests at this property. I have a serious problem with this lot. The mottling (indicating groundwater was right up through the B horizon up to the A horizon. The perc was done in this mottled soil. It was a 10 minute/inch perc. Dan Johnson, who performed the perc was very indignant and stated that we don't recognize mottling. I stated my opinion and fact that we do recognize mottling as the water table. Don't know where Dan Johnson got his training???!!!!!. In addition, Doug Brown, who was the excavator as well as Don Perkins who was passing by at the time also witnesseed the soils. They have the same reservations/concerns that I have regarding this property.
