You are granted permission to remove your underground fuel storage tank at 2810 Main Street, Barnstable, MA in . lieu of testing as requiredf with the following conditions. ( 1) The tank shall be removed on or before November 1, 1991. (2) All state and local regulations shall be strictly adhered to during the removal, transportation, and disposal of the fuel oil tank. You, or your contractor, shall obtain a permit from the local Fire Department prior to removal of the tank. The variance is granted because you stated the tank will be removed this "Fall" . Also, during the removal of the tank, the ground will be inspected by a fire department inspector for contamination.
