This variance will allow you to obtain Health Division's immediate approval of a building permit application so that you can move forward with structural repairs to the foundation of the building located at 2331 Meetinghouse Way, West Barnstable. This variance is granted with the following condition: • The cesspool must be abandoned properly and replaced with a Title V compliant s system within two years, on or before February 12, 2015. This variance is granted because you testified that a delay to this repair project would do manifest injustice to the applicant. The foundation must be repaired in the very near future to ensure that no further damage occurs to the building. Additional funds will have to be appropriated and additional time is needed to design and install a new septic system at this site.
