SUBJECT: Sandy Neck Toilet Facilities
The following comments are offered regarding your memo dated
September 10, 1991 referencing the Sandy Neck Toilet Facilities.
Please provide a structurally designed platform suitably anchored, to
which the portable toilets can be anchored. The toilets can be removed
during the off-season. I would suggest a simple pile system and
platform, which could be installed on site with in-house labor.
