(2) The chemical toilets are authorized to be placed at Sandy Neck from May 15 to October 15 each year. (3) The chemical toilet facilities shall be anchored properly to reduce the possibility of "tipping over" units. It is suggested you place the units on structurally designed platforms to which the units can be anchored. (4) No more than six(6) chemical toilet facilities are authorized at Sandy Neck. This approval expires in five (5) years, on April 1, 2001. Permission from the Board of -Health for the use of chemical toilet facilities at a particular site for an extended period of time is required according to 310 CMR 15.00, the State Environmental Code Title V.
