On behalf of 157 Thornton, LLC, the Applicant in the above-referenced appeals, I am
forwarding three full-size copies of an updated site plan entitled "157 Thornton Drive Hyannis,
Massachusetts" prepared by Cape & Islands Engineering dated last revised on October 20, 2022
(the "Updated Plan. As depicted on the Updated Plan, the proposed storage addition has been
reduced in size to just 725 square feet.1 This change was incorporated following discussion with
the Barnstable Fire Department. This change does not alter the relief sought, though it does
reduce the extent of relief needed from the Zoning Ordinance's building coverage and parking
requirements.
We look forward to presenting this request at the Zoning Board of Appeals' November 9,
2022 hearing. Thank you very much for all your assistance and the past continuances. Please let
