Hughes, Helen, 94 Long Beach Road, Centerville, MA 02632, Map 206/ Parcel 007. The applicant proposes to remove the ramp and float, as well as the wood walkway - as needed; replacing them with a permanent pier structure, 20’ long from MHW and adding a 16’ gangway and two 6’X16.5’ floats. (Connued from last month) REVISED plans shorten the pier system by 3 . Commiee and Harbormaster staff was in approval for this project. 2. Ganey, John T and Elizabeth M, 251 Bay Lane, Centerville, MA 02632, Map 166/Parcel 057. The applicants propose to replace the exisng fixed pier T with a ramp and float. This pier was originally permied in 2005 and is restricted to non-motorized vessels. Commiee and Harbormaster staff was in approval for this project. 3. Allen, Judith G, 332 Wheeler Road, Marstons Mills, MA 02648, Map 082/Parcel 021. The applicant proposes to replace exisng stairs, modify and expand the exisng pier. Commiee and Harbormaster staff was in approval for this project. 4. 265 Seapuit River, LLC, 265 Seapuit River Road, Osterville, MA 02655. Combined Chapter 91 Permit and 401 Water Quality Cerficaon; the proposed project is for maintenance dredging to the exisng pier, ramp and floats at this locaon. Commiee and Harbormaster staff was in approval for this project. 5. Chrisan Camp Meeng Associaon, 160 Lake Elizabeth, Centerville, MA 02632, Map 226/Parcel 137. The applicant proposes to remove and reconstruct dock and stairway on the same foot print. The dock is approximately 5’ by 18’. The exisng dock piles will be cut just below the water level and then be secured to the new piles. Commiee and Harbormaster staff was in approval for this project.
