Attached is a corrected copy of the abutter notice.
My office has included the word ”after” in the notices for decades because it is rare that a project is opened
at the time the hearing starts. This way people are apt to consult the agenda or call the office to get an
idea of when the project might actually come up, rather than sitting around for a significant amount of
time waiting. However, if you would prefer, we will discontinue the practice.
