Front Stoop:
Remove and replace existing front stoop.
Replace winding steps with 3-4 straight steps.
Construction of 7 ft x 4 ft landing consists of 2 x 8 PT joists with joist hangers, 16 inches on center. 4
inch x 4 inch PT posts anchored to 4 ft deep x 10 inch sonotubes. 4 stair steps constructed with 2 x
12 inch PT stringers 1 ft o.c. Wrap all PT material with 3/4 inch Azeck including stair risers. Slate
Gray 5/4 inch decking for landing and stair steps. Install 2 x 2 Azeck ballister rails.

Construct 12 ft x 16 ft shed.
Thermatru Smoothstar Fiberglass 3 ft door centered. Color: Peacock by Farrow and Ball.
Two Anderson double hung windows 24 inch x 36 inch on either side of door.
White Cedar shingles siding.
Black asphalt architectural roof.
Corner board, window, and door casings constructed with white 3/4 inch x 6 inch Azeck.
Deck Removal/ Door and Window Swap, and Removal:
Remove existing deck (Approximately 29 ft x 9 ft.)
Remove existing 3 ft door.
Swap sliding door with 4 ft x 5.5 ft Harvey casement window.
Build deck on North side of house (Approximately 16 ft. X 16 ft.) With staircase similar to front stoop
replacement. Gray decking with white rails.
Add Azeck sills to all windows on south facing walls.
Sidewall existing T111 with white cedar shingles on south facing walls.
Casing around windows and doors constructed with 1x 4 and 1 x 6 Azeck in white.
Install Azeck outdoor shower. Color: White
