Dear Members of the Historical Commission:
I understand that you have a second hearing on 186 Windswept Way. I spoke at the first
hearing and I wanted to reiterate my comments in writing.
I am the granddaughter of the original owner of the property, T. K. Boyd, who built the
home in 1933. It is a wonderful place and my family very much enjoyed our summers at
the property.
I feel strongly that the new owner should be allowed to move ahead with whatever plans
he has for the property, whenever he so chooses.
