TOPSOIL IS TO BE STRIPPEDFROM THE AREA OF THE PROPOSED ROADWAYS AND STORMWATER MANAGEMENT AREAS AND STOCKPILED IN APPROVEDLOCATIONS. TOPSOIL STOCKPILES MUST BE PROTECTED BY A SEDIMENT BARRIER.7. INSTALL TEMPORARY CONVEYANCE DEVICES (SWALES, CHECK DAMS, PIPES, ETC.) AS NECESSARY TO CONVEY RUNOFF TOTREATMENT AREAS.8. BEGIN ROUGH GRADING AREAS FOR ROADS, PARKING AND BUILDINGS.
