Hyannis M.A.02601 Mr. Perry: I did a final fire alarm test today at Renaissance Place,60 Attucks Lane and found that they arc deficient in the following areas: 1. The BANA line for the fire alarm system has not been install by Verizon as of yet. Intercity Alarm currently monitors them. 2. The north side of the building,the fire alarm strobes are blocked from view due to office/work area partitions. These must be at the level to meet ADA requirements. They will be installing four strobes in the ceiling for this area. • 3. The fire extinguishers are ordered and will be installed on arrival. 4. The lock box for entry keys has been ordered.
