The power to sell or grant options for the sale of any trust property,including stocks, bonds or any other form of security or financial Investment accounts at public or private sale for cash or credit. 4. The power to invest Trust property in property of any kind. 5. The power to purchase or to receive any real estate or other property to this Declaration of Trust or any other Trust formed by this Declaration of Trust. 6. The power to employ and to pay reasonable fees to accountants,lawyers,or investment experts for information or advice relating to Interests of this Trust. 7. The power to deposit and to hold Trust funds in both Interest bearing and non-Interest bearing accounts.Accounts must be FDIC insured accounts. 8. The power to add any Beneficiary of this Trust to any bank accounts or bank safe deposit boxes to allow them to assist the Trustee in management or operation of this Trust in the event the Trustee is travelling abroad or absent or incapacitated.This shalt include the power to authorize any beneficiary to sign any leases on behalf of the Trust with a prospective tenant,in the event that the Trustee is travelling abroad,absent or incapacitated in any way. 9.
