The improvements depicted on the attached plan have been constructed in substantial compliance with the approved plans,with the following exceptions: • The handicap access ramp shown on the approved building plans has not been constructed, since there was no work performed inside the existing building structure. • Nine(9) of the employee designated parking spaces depicted on the original plan at the west side of the front parking lot have been relocated into the back of the yard area. The relocation of the parking spaces have eliminated double parking and a substantial amount of mature vegetation was saved. The 39 total number of parking spaces provided is in compliance with the approved plans. • The island and gate configuration at the entrance to the yard area has been modified to provide better surface drainage. • The dumpster pad and enclosure has not been constructed at this time. Trash collection at the facility will be provided by closed containers and the yard area is confined to access by employees only.
