Many homeowners wh use this exemption are unaware that they a assuming the responsibilities of a supervisor(see Appendix Q, ales&Regulations for Licensing Constructio Supervisors,Section 2.15) This lack of awareness often esults in serious problems,particularly when the omeowner hires unlicensed persons.
