In December of 2016, the pipes froze/burst in the finished space above the detached garage and the water ran for approximately three days. Robert Ciccetti will be doing the work, and when he applied for a building permit he was informed about a `cease and desist' order in place against the property/previous owners; apparently M/M Rodriguez had been marketing the finished space as a separate rental unit apartment. This information was not disclosed to us prior to the closing. Please be advised that the use of this space is intended for casual use by the Hempstead-Wargo family only.
