All construction and site work must be completed in accordance with the approved plan entitled Nantucket Electric Company, Merchants Way Substation No.109, Barnstable, Massachusetts, Nantucket Cable Project, Merchants Way Substation, Site Development Plan, Prepared and stamped by Richard Costa, PE on 1/12/04, consisting of one sheet and identified as H-77841-P. I would ask that you confirm to me in writing, the location of the Ground Water Protection Overlay District on the property shown on Assessor's Map 297 as Parcel 86. I have enclosed a plan prepared by Capesury dated February 8, 2003,upon which is located a Groundwater Protection Overlay District/Aquifer Protection Overlay District line which bifurcates the lot.
