I would ask that you confirm to me in writing, the location of the Ground Water Protection Overlay District on the property shown on Assessor's Map 297 as Parcel 86. I have enclosed a plan prepared by Capesury dated February 8, 2003,upon which is located a Groundwater Protection Overlay District/Aquifer Protection Overlay District line which bifurcates the lot.
