Maximum class size will be no more than ten individuals plus two staff members. Approximately half of the clients are dropped off for the class. As an accessory use, small group fitness training is proposed for individuals not affected by Parkinson's Disease. All training will occur in the bay space that measures 1,812 sq. ft. The office space on the first floor will be used as office space; two HC restrooms are provided on the first floor. Second floor mezzanine space may be used for storage by management only. There will be no public access to the second floor mezzanine space allowed.
